Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the TradeFames platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and all other policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeFames Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TradeFames. By registering, you represent that you meet all applicable age requirements and that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to international sanctions or where our services are prohibited by law.

TradeFames reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may require additional verification information at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. One account per natural person is permitted.

4. Trading Services

TradeFames provides access to spot trading, futures contracts, forex, indices, copy trading, staking, and other services as described on the platform. All trades are executed on an execution-only basis. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform constitutes a personal recommendation.

All orders are subject to our order execution policy, applicable fee schedule, and trading rules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Fees and Payments

By trading on TradeFames, you agree to pay applicable fees as listed in our fee schedule. Fees may vary by account tier, trading volume, instrument type, and active promotions. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 30 days' notice.

All fees are deducted automatically from your account balance. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to cover all fees. We are not liable for losses arising from insufficient balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure; (c) interfere with or disrupt platform operations; (d) use automated systems to access the platform outside of our permitted API programme; (e) create accounts for the purpose of market manipulation or wash trading; (f) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TradeFames platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of TradeFames Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal trading purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeFames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or losses arising from market events, system outages, or third-party actions.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TradeFames in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, we encourage mediation before litigation. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract.
